PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyester film for formation and processing, having excellent forming processability and beauty, suitably useful for formation and processing of lamination especially to a simple substance, metal, paper, nonwoven fabric, polymer material. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic composition is obtained by adding 1-60 wt.% of an acrylic compound to a thermoplastic polymer.
