PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably stick a label to a package of a complicated form and to facilitate downsizing of the whole apparatus. SOLUTION: The labeling apparatus 10 comprises a first sticking device 13 for sticking a part L1 of a label L to one of surfaces 11A to receive the label of a package 11 and a second sticking device 14 for sticking a remaining part L2 of the label L which has not been stuck to another surface 11B of the package 11 by the first device 13. The second sticking device 14 includes a brush 31 for pressing the remaining part L2 of the label L to the other surface 11B while being transformed along an external surface of the package 11. A free end 31A of the brush 31 is formed to be capable of pressing the remaining part L2 against the other surface 11B of the package 11 while flexing to follow the external surface of the package 11.
