Disclosed are novel nucleic acid and amino acid sequences of NF-AT interacting protein NIP 45 like proteins. Reagents that bind to NIP45-like protein gene products can be used to treat conditions involving inflammatory processes, such as allergy, asthma, autoimmune diseases, and other chronic inflammatory diseases where an over-activation or prolongation of the activation of the immune system causes damage to tissues. |
