PURPOSE: A device for preventing frozen burst of boiler is provided to convert to battery using mode in a power failure by using a battery and a bimetal switch. CONSTITUTION: A boiler controlling device is composed of a micom(61), a circulation pump driving portion, a ceramic heater driving portion(63), a rectifying portion, and a power supplying portion. A frozen burst preventing device comprises a charging circuit portion(61) to charge electricity to a battery with the voltage outputted from the rectifying portion. A power failure relay(RL) cuts the voltage of the battery to the micom and supplies the voltage the micom in power failure. The battery supplies power to the micom and the ceramic heater in power failure.
