PURPOSE: A heat exchange plate bent twice and heat exchanger using the same are provided to reduce fouling by inducing periodical vertical turbulence. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchange plate(100) is formed to be platy and has extending concave parts(101) concaving downward and connected with each other in lengthwise direction; and extending protrusive parts(102) protruding upward and neighboring the extending concave parts, both of which are formed alternately so that the whole of the heat exchange plate winds wavily. A heat exchanger is composed of the heat exchange plates vertically layered to form fluid flowing passages between the heat exchange plates.
