PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately transfer character string data including null data between objects without changing the declaration of the type of the character string data of a control object or a service object, or performing any complicated processing. SOLUTION: In an interface object 38 for transferring character string data from a control object 32 to a service object 33, even when the character string data transferred from the control object 32 are LPCTSTR type data, the LPCTSTR type data are cast to BSTR type data, and the data of the character length (the number of characters) are calculated, and the character string data for the number of characters are converted into wide characters without being missed, and set as the BSTR type character string data being the wide characters so as to be transferred through a COM. Thus, it is possible to accurately transfer null data and the succeeding character strings to the service object 33. |
