MIXING CHAMBER SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING SOLID DEPOSIT BY MIXING TWO OR MORE LIQUIDS AT HIGH SPEED

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for reacting two or more liquids with each other by which the flows of the liquids react with each other in a strong turbulent zone without mixing them previously and a by-product is also dispersed right after the mixing without any restricting means. SOLUTION: A fluid passage passing the liquid is provided respectively in an orifice 40 and 80. A divergent slope part 100 assists the orifice 40 and 80 in the liquid supply. 2 liquids are passed through the orifice 40 and 80 respectively and brought into contact with each other substantially in the tip part of a jet collision mixing chamber 50 at high speed. The liquids are mixed with each other by the contact to cause the interaction to produce the solid deposit. After that, the produced solid deposit is scattered into all direction. The solid deposit and the liquid are quickly discharged from the jet collision mixing chamber 50 to flow into a bulk solution (not shown in figure).
