PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of objectively deciding patient's subjective symptoms, improving quality of a clinical treatment of an intractable disaster such as chronic articular rheumatism, allowing crisis management such as prevention of a side effect, and improving a diagnostic level. SOLUTION: This system includes (1) a process for questioning a patient about individual health conditions; (2) a process for collecting and adding up answers to the questions; (3) a process for leveling an answer result concerning the patient's subjective symptoms; (4) a process for selecting the answer result concerning the leveled patient's subjective symptoms; (5) a process for obtaining various clinical inspection values of the patient and leveling the inspection values; (6) a process for selecting the leveled various clinical inspection values of the patient; (7) a process for leveling total estimation of sickness of each the patient by a doctor; (8) a process for two-dimensionally plotting the leveled value in the process (3), value in the process (5) and value in the process (7); and (9) a process for deciding a deviation degree between actual symptoms and the subjective symptoms of the patient from shape obtained by the plotting.
