PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize stable recording, even if the synchronization of the wobble signal and the recording clock becomes abnormal. SOLUTION: The recording operation of data is interrupted, when a fault is detected in the synchronization of a generation clock and a detection wobble signal in a clock generation circuit and a PLL circuit during recording; synchronization of the PLL circuit is reconfirmed by positioning at the position, before the operation of a device is controlled so that the recording of the data is restarted, to continuously record the recording data onto an optical disk; and recording information is completed.
