PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a numerically controlled device capable of sufficiently utilizing the performance of respective feed shafts by adding a function for determining the feeding speeds of respective feed shafts. SOLUTION: The numerically controlled device is provided with a working program input device for inputting and storing a working program including commands for the moving target positions and feeding speeds of respective feed shafts, a feed shaft position detection device for detecting and storing the position of each feed shaft, a maximum allowable feeding speed calculation device for finding out the maximum allowable feeding speed of each feed shaft from the position of the feed shaft and storing the maximum allowable feeding speed, a feed shaft moving command preparation device for preparing a feed shaft moving command for moving each feed shaft within the maximum feeding speed in accordance with the working program and the position of the feed shaft, and a ball screw driving device for driving a ball screw by the feed shaft moving command and moving the feed shaft.
