PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Coriolis flow meter which is free from oscillation noise from the outside, highly sensitive to hydrogen flow measurement in an ultra-high pressure hydrogen fuel tank for a fuel cell car, highly sensitive to the ultra-high pressure fluid at a high withstand pressure, highly sensitive to a thick line, so that a low density fluid can be measured as an ordinary pressure fluid, highly sensitive even though small in size, free from noise and viscosity influence, and low cost in manufacture. SOLUTION: A high rigidity frame structure, limited to one degree of freedom of the Coriolis oscillation direction, is used by fixing the Coriolis oscillation frame 16 which supports a U-tube enabling free wobbling on a forced oscillation frame 19 fixed on a support frame 22. The forced oscillation frame 19 is vibrated with a shaker 20 so as to become from at least one time to about 10 times for the oscillation frequency ratio of the forced oscillation frequency to the Coriolis oscillation frequency of the line. A mass flow, flowing in the line, is measured by calculating the oscillation amplitude ratio between the forced oscillation and the Coriolis oscillation, using the signals of the oscillation sensors of two acceleration sensors 17, 18 at this time.
