PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and securely prevent the inclination of the optical axis of an eyepiece by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The telescope side adaptor 21 includes an adaptor cylinder 210 which covers the outer periphery of the intermediate part of the eyepiece 32 on an axis that is the same as an optical axis, and a pressing ring 211 whose basal end is screwed on the adaptor cylinder 210. The pressing ring 211 has internal circumferential faces 2110, 2112, and 2111 formed in inside-diameter descending order. A vertical step or an inclined step is formed between the internal circumferential face 2111 and the internal circumferential face 2112. The female screw of the leading end of the pressing ring 211 is screwed onto the male screw of the outer circumferential face of the leading end of the adaptor cylinder 210. Consequently, the end face of the vertical step or the inclined face of the inclined step presses the observation-side end face or corner of a projection ring 323 formed on the outer peripheral face of the eyepiece 32, so that the optical axis of the eyepiece 32 is corrected and fixed in position.
