PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable coil component. SOLUTION: The coil component 1 comprises a coil 34 formed along one plane and an upper ferrite core 11 and a lower ferrite core 12, both disposed along the coil 34. An oxide film 34a is formed on the surface of the coil 34, and a protective resin layer 33 and an adhesive bonding resin layer 40 are interposed among the oxide film 34a, the upper ferrite core 11, and the lower ferrite core 12, both disposed along the coil 34.
