PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a three position switch operating mechanism in which the number of components is reduced by integrating into one the two shutter function of a disconnector operating part and a grounding switch operating part and operation performance is improved by integrating operating location of the shutters at one place. SOLUTION: The switch mechanism is provided with the shutter 1 which has a rotating shaft 4 supported to the main body, a shutter plate 11 having a shape so as to cover both a disconnector operating part 9 and a grounding switch operating part 10, and an installation part 2 which is formed on the shutter plate and is fixed to the rotating shaft. When the disconnector operating part is exposed, the rotating shaft is rotation operated in one direction and the shutter is rotated in one direction, and when the grounding switch operating part is exposed, the above rotating shaft is rotation operated in the other direction and the shutter is rotated in the other direction.
