The system has upper and lower spinal anchoring parts (1, 3) fixed to an upper and a lower spine of the vertebra. An intermediate part (2) has a cylindrical stud (13) which fits in orifices (9) of the parts (1, 3) for distracting the inter-spinal space. The parts (1, 3) have a flat section (8) with a median groove (11) and the part (2) perforated of horizontal transversal tunnels comprises a threaded orifice.
