PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release-treatment agent which is capable of forming a release film having a low viscosity and exhibiting excellent releasability with excellent operability. SOLUTION: The release-treatment agent comprises a silicone component and further comprises a liquidα-olefin component at 23°C. Anα-olefin component having≤18C is suitable as the liquidα-olefin component at 23°C. The ratio of the liquidα-olefin component at 23°C may be 5-60 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the silicone component.
