METAL PANEL COATED WITH LIGHT REFLECTING RESIN

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal panel coated with a white light reflecting film which is used as combined with a white reflective film having anti-sticking property to the white reflective film and a good processability at low cost. SOLUTION: A white resin film containing titanium oxide and having film thickness of 30-150μm in which at least a film of at most outer side layer having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 20°C-150°C is applied on at least one face of a metal plate with a chemical conversion coating on both the side thereof. Furthermore, it is preferred to control the surface roughness (Ra) of the light reflecting white resin film to be 0.3-2.0μm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
