PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pilfer-proof spout assembly which can leave a trace of unsealing without leaving a pilfer-proof ring on the spout side, and also, can surely leave the trace of unsealing even under a state in which a cap has been re-sealed. SOLUTION: In this spout assembly, a pilfer-proof ring 23 of a structure in which two arc-shaped segments 31 are connected by a fracture cross tie 32 is connected with the lower end of the cap body 21 being attached to the spout 4 by a connecting section 37. At the same time, with the internal surface of each arc-shaped segment 31, a flap 41 having a restoring force to return to the horizontal state is connected. When the cap is unsealed, the fracture cross tie 32 is broken, and each arc-formed segment 31 is made turnable with the connecting portion 37 as a pivot.
