HEAT PIPE TYPE HEATER AND IMAGE FIXTURE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A heat pipe type heater and image fixture using the same are provided to rapidly increase temperature of a surface of a container with a main heating source or a metal net provided together with the main heating source. CONSTITUTION: A heating roll installed in an image fixture comprises a container(100); working fluid; a main heating source(200); and an auxiliary heating source(400). The container is cylindrical. The working fluid is packed in the container at negative pressure. The main heating source is built in the container to function as a return passage of the working fluid and to heat the working fluid to convert phase of the working fluid to rapidly increase temperature of a surface of the container up to fixed temperature. The auxiliary heating source compensates heat radiated from the container to keep the temperature of the surface of the container at the fixed temperature.
