PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilt sensor capable of performing stable sensing, and moreover excellent in productivity. SOLUTION: A housing 21 composed by integrally forming an inside bottom part 22 where a protruded part 24 is formed, and a wall part 23 surrounding this bottom part 22, has a circuit board 20 provided with a plurality of wall-surface circuit patterns 26 formed electrically-independently at different positions on the inside wall surface of the wall part 23 of the housing respectively. In this case, a sensing element is housed in the housing 21, and the tilt direction of the circuit board 20 is detected in response to the conduction states of the circuit patterns 26 according to the position of the sensing element in this housing.
