摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot control device for controlling a tandem arc welding system which has the excellent arc copying accuracy and enables the arc welding without any defective welding, and an arc copying control method using the same. SOLUTION: The robot control device 8 controls the tandem arc welding system comprising a welding torch, a robot for weaving the welding torch, a preceding electrode power source and a succeeding electrode power source, and a preceding electrode detection unit and a succeeding electrode detection unit that detect welding state amounts. The robot control device comprises a preceding electrode processing unit 11a for calculating the electric change, a preceding electrode correction unit 14a for calculating the correction for correcting the positional deviation in the right-to-left direction and the vertical direction from a weld line of a weaving center locus based on the electric change, a succeeding electrode processing unit 11b for calculating the electric change, and a succeeding electrode correction unit 14b for calculating the correction for correcting the positional deviation in the rotational direction from the weld line of the weaving center locus based on the electric change.
