PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of a sheet member suppressing dispersion of a sheet gauge. SOLUTION: A calender roll 16 with a sleeve comprises a core roll 20 and a sleeve 22. A space is provided between a roll body part 24 of the core roll 20 and the sleeve 22. Even if the roll body part 24 does not coincide with a rotary shaft of the sleeve 22, a sleeve presser 40 presses the sleeve 22 to a fixed side coupling member 36 side to press the tilted face 32B of a claw 32 to the tapered hole part 38B of a guide hole 38, and the rotary shaft of the sleeve 22 coincides with a rotary shaft of the roll body part 24, to finally fix the roll body part 24 to the sleeve 22 in a relatively immovable state. Even if a radial force is applied to the sleeve 22 in rolling, a shaft of the core roll 20 will not be displaced from the shaft of the sleeve 22, to continuously obtain a sheet-like rubber member 44 with a constant thickness.
