PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the state of intelligence in a simple and objectively fashion. SOLUTION: The degree of matching between a sample image (rough sketch) and a pasted image is determined and, based on the determined degree of matching, the state of intelligence of the producer of the pasted image is determined (step S204).
