PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple part assembling device capable of automation without erroneous assembling, while extremely reducing manual work of a worker, in a part assembling device for installing two second parts in one first part. SOLUTION: This part installing device 10 is characterized by having a rotary means 3, a first gear 2a rotatingly driven by rotating the rotary means 3, two first racks 4 symmetrically meshing with the first gear 2a, a second part holding means 6 respectively joined to the respective first racks 4, one second rack 5 joined to the one first rack 4, a second gear 1a meshing with the second rack 5, and a first part holding means 1b joined to the second gear 1a.
