<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid spray pump which is fitted with a vertical movable member C to be pushed down in an upward energizing state by engaging the outer peripheral edge part of an annular piston C<SB>1</SB>with a cylinder B to be slidable, is easily assembled, has good sealing property and exhibits excellent pump function, wherein the vertical movable member C is formed as a discharge valve 23 by attaching the upper part of a piston guide C<SB>2</SB>to the inside of the lower part of a stem C<SB>3</SB>having a spray head C<SB>4</SB>attached to the upper end to pass asurrounding liquid and engaging the inner peripheral edge part of the annular piston C<SB>1</SB>with a connection part of the stem C<SB>3</SB>to the piston guide C<SB>2</SB>to be vertically movable in a prescribed width. <P>SOLUTION: An locking rod 41 for locking the upper surface of the piston guide C<SB>2</SB>to a prescribed position in the stem C<SB>3</SB>to be in contact with each other is installed. As a result, the assembling operation of the piston guide C<SB>2</SB>and the stem C<SB>3</SB>and the following assembling operation of the annular piston C<SB>1</SB>and a coil spring are precisely and easily carried out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
