FIELD: mining.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a roller bit for rock breaking by rotary cutting. Roller bit comprises a bit body, cutter and cutting teeth disposed on working surface of cutter, each row of teeth one by one, arranged to fracture bottom and wall to form borehole diameter. Inner angle β between plane of journal of rolling cutter on bit body and axis of bit on rolling cutter on body has range 0° < β < 90°, deviation S of journal has range -D/2 < S < D/2, where D is diameter of bit.EFFECT: technical result is increase of drilling rate, longer life of bit.10 cl, 13 dwg |
