The present invention addresses the problem of providing an ultraviolet ray-curable adhesive agent composition which can be made into an ultraviolet ray-curable adhesive sheet having excellent followability to terraced surfaces and excellent shape-retaining properties, and whereby it becomes possible to impart excellent resistance to blushing under wet heat conditions to a cured layer that is produced by irradiating the ultraviolet ray-curable adhesive sheet with ultraviolet ray. The present invention provides an ultraviolet ray-curable adhesive agent composition characterized by comprising (A) a urethane resin having a hydroxy group and a (meth)acryloyl group, (B) a polyisocyanate crosslinking agent, (C) a (meth)acrylic compound having at least two (meth)acryloyl groups, (D) an organic solvent and (E) a photopolymerization initiator. The present invention also provides a method for producing an ultraviolet ray-curable adhesive sheet, said method being characterized by comprising applying the ultraviolet ray-curable adhesive agent composition onto a base member and then drying the organic solvent (D).
