PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems for example, (1) most of people who are not individual proprietors do not get used to performing final declaration, (2) even performing final declaration, an amount of repayment money is small, and (3) because payment of repayment money is only once per year, so that most of people who are not individual proprietors do not perform final declaration and do not receive repayment money.SOLUTION: A credit card system (or, debit card or the like) of the present invention is configured so that: (1) if a user purchases a service or article which can be allocated as expense, pays medical cost at a hospital, or pays contribution by credit card settlement, (2) a part (for example, 90%) of a repayment money corresponding amount or whole amount of the settlement amount is given to the user as points (or, the settlement amount can be discounted at the time), and (3) when performing final declaration, the credit card system accesses a tax office server (e-Tax or the like), for performing final declaration of the user, and (4) the tax office server accesses to a bank server, for remittance of the repayment money to an account of a credit card company. |
