PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal/resin composite structure of which the metal member and the resin member are directly bonded to each other and the productivity and the bond strength are well balanced with each other.SOLUTION: A metal/resin composite structure is formed by bonding a metal member 103 having a fine uneven surface with an interval period of 5-500 μm and a resin member 105 simultaneously satisfying requirements (a)-(d): (a) an exothermic peak with a calorific value of 0.2-30 mJ/mg in the range of 50-120°C measured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC); (b) a glass-transition temperature in the range of 100-150°C measured by DSC; (c) a number average molecular weight (Mn) of 2,000-10,000 and the ratio (Mw/Mn) of a weight average molecular weight (Mw) to Mn of 4-20 measured by gel permeation chromatography; and (d) two absorption peaks in the range of 1,700-1,800 cmmeasured by infrared absorption spectroscopy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
