PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate film having an inorganic layer and an organic layer and excellent in oxygen gas barrier and vapor barrier property even under high humidity.SOLUTION: There is provided a laminate film having an inorganic layer and an organic layer on at least a single surface of a plastic film, where each layer is arranged as the plastic film, the inorganic layer and the organic layer in this order and the organic layer is formed by volatilizing a vapor deposition material containing melem of 50% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
