PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a sandwich structure, capable of suppressing strength reduction accompanying the occurrence of dimples and voids and achieving high productivity.SOLUTION: A prepreg has -50 kPa or more of a vacuum in 5 minutes after starting vacuum suction and less than -50 kPa and -90 kPa or more of a vacuum in 15 minutes after starting the vacuum suction when a first laminate obtained by laminating two sheets of prepreg is covered with a vacuum suction bag and the vacuum suction is performed through the first laminate. The method for manufacturing a sandwich structure including a core material and a skin material comprises the lower side prepreg laminating step, the core material laminating step, the upper side prepreg laminating step, the vacuum suction step of covering a second laminate including the prepreg and the core material with the vacuum suction bag to perform vacuum suction, and the heat curing step of heating the laminates to cure the prepreg.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 |
