PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a fuel tank by avoiding contact between the fuel tank and the ground and to prevent damaging of a protector.SOLUTION: A vehicle includes a bracket 20 fixed to the lower part of a side frame 1 to support the leaf spring front end 3e of a rear suspension 3, and has a vehicle lower structure for protecting a fuel tank 2 disposed between the left and right side frames 1, including a protector 10. The protector 10 has a fixed part fixed to the lower part of the side frame 1 in the abutted state on the front part 22 of the bracket 20 on the side of the fuel tank 2, and a planar lower surface part 13 disposed lower than the fuel tank 2 and the bracket 20. The protector 10 has an inclined part 15 provided at the rear end of the lower surface part 13.
