PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil deterioration determination device capable of properly determining deterioration of oil while reflecting not only a steady state of a vehicle but also a content of soot in exhaust gas in an acceleration state.SOLUTION: A smoke point is determined as a simple oil deterioration index correlating with soot included in exhaust gas, and a basic instantaneous smoke point is calculated from an operation region of an engine 1 during traveling of a vehicle. In an acceleration state, the basic instantaneous smoke point is corrected by an acceleration smoke point correction coefficient determined from a basic fuel injection amount and a smoke limit fuel injection amount and sequentially integrated, and in a steady state, the basic instantaneous smoke point is corrected by a steady-time smoke point correction coefficient determined from the amount of oxygen sucked to a cylinder and an EGR flow rate, and sequentially integrated. When the integrated smoke point reaches a warning determination value or more, a warning lamp 38 is lit to enhance oil change.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
