PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grit treatment facility capable of efficiently collecting sand and lifting sand while suppressing the installation cost and the power cost of a pump.SOLUTION: A grit treatment facility includes a sewage sedimentation basin 10 into which sewage continuously flows, and a rain sedimentation basin 20 into which sewage flows when it rains, the sewage sedimentation basin includes an underwater sand collector 12 and the rain sedimentation basin includes a dry sand collector 22, respectively. The facility includes: a grit suction pipe for sucking the grit collected in pits of respective sedimentation basins; a grit storage tank connected respectively through a sand lifting valve to each grit suction pipe; an ejector for sucking sucks fluid inside the grit storage tank; a pump for pressurizing water inside a water storage tank and supplying it to the ejector or the grit storage tank; a grit separator for separating the grit and the water discharged from the grit storage tank; and a water return route for returning the water separated in the grit separator to the water storage tank. The underwater sand collector 12 and the dry sand collector 22 use the water flowing down from the water storage tank as sand collecting water. |
