PURPOSE: A sand noise measuring apparatus is provided to develop a high performance deadner by obtaining objective data for sand noise, while reducing test procedures and development cost. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a case(10) with sand spread at the bottom surface of the case; a driving shaft(21) arranged, to be rotatable, at a predetermined height from the bottom surface of the case; a plurality of tires(22) supported by the driving shaft, and which rotate at the sand; a driving unit installed outside the case, and which permits the tires to rotate along the sand by rotating the driving shaft; a deadner(31) installed in the case above the tires, and which prevents rust and noise; a floor panel(32) installed onto the deadner; and a data acquisition unit(40) arranged side by side to the case, and which acquires data by measuring the sand noise generated during rotation of tires. The driving unit includes a pulley set(50) installed at an end of the driving shaft; a first power unit(60) connected to the first pulley set, and which operates the driving shaft; a second pulley set(70) installed at the other end of the driving shaft; and a second power unit(80) connected to the second pulley set, and which operates the second pulley set.
