PURPOSE: A method and a device for expressing photos to be overlapped is provided to respectively shoot individuals to configure one individual, and to express the individual to be front or back of other objects in a photo or graphic. So that a user exposes an individual to the front or move to a linked site by clicking the individual. CONSTITUTION: Individuals(1-1,1-2,1-3) are respectively configured to be independent. The individuals(1-1,1-2,1-3) are collected and configured on one graphic data. And the individuals(1-1,1-2,1-3) are independently expressed. An individual classification unit is arranged to recognize the individuals(1-1,1-2,1-3) as each independent individual. When photos of the individuals(1-1,1-2,1-3) are taken, each individual is classified in one or a plurality of photo data using the individual classification unit, to express the individuals(1-1,1-2,1-3) on one graphic data as independent individuals. After collecting and configuring the individuals(1-1,1-2,1-3) on one graphic data, a user recognizes each individual to express specific operations. If the user clicks one individual of the individuals(1-1,1-2,1-3), the clicked individual is exposed to the front.
