PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner surface inspection device such that a lens holder can be attached to and detached from a mount part without using any tool.SOLUTION: An inner surface inspection device includes a columnar rod lens 10 inserted into a through hole or a recessed part, a lens holder 20 holding a base end of the rod lens, and a mount part to which the lens holder is fitted, and the mount part and the lens holder each include a lock pin which has a claw part 22 or a groove part extending arcuately relative to a center axis of the rod lens, and is pressed toward the lens holder. The lens holder is attached to the mount part by fitting the groove part or the claw part of the lens holder to the claw part or the groove part of the mount part and then rotating it to fix the position in a circumferential direction with the lock pin, and the lens holder is detached from the mount part by retracting the lock pin and then rotating the groove part or the claw part of the lens holder reversely relative to the claw part or the groove part of the mount part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
