PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photodetector, photodetection module, and electronic apparatus capable of improving moisture resistance, light transparency, and the like.SOLUTION: A photodetector includes: a semiconductor substrate 110; a photodetection element 120 formed on a surface of the semiconductor substrate 110; wiring 130 formed on the semiconductor substrate 110; and a multilayer film optical filter 140 formed on the photodetection element 120 and wiring 130. The multilayer film optical filter 140 is formed so that in a planar view in a direction orthogonal to the semiconductor substrate 110, the wiring 130 is positioned inside a formation region of the multilayer film optical filter 140.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
