PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for causing a plurality of vehicles to realize efficient traveling.SOLUTION: A map-information acquisition unit (S101) acquires map information that represents available roads for a vehicle to arrive at a destination from a departure. A velocity-information acquisition unit (S102) acquires velocity information that is information representing a limit value of a travel velocity of the vehicle. A calculation unit (S104) calculates required time for the vehicle to arrive at the destination from the departure, for every travel route on the basis of the map information and the velocity information. A route identification unit (S105) identifies a travel route in which a total value of required time for a plurality of vehicles becomes a minimum value, as a recommended route for each vehicle. The calculation unit calculates, in a no-passing zone where passing is not permitted, the required time for a vehicle on the basis of the velocity information on the vehicle and the velocity information on the other vehicle preceding the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
