PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque converter capable of inhibiting temperature rise.SOLUTION: A torque converter 1 includes: a front cover 31; a pump 41; a turbine 51; and a stator 61. The turbine 51 has: a turbine shell 52; a turbine blade 53; and control fins 54. The turbine shell 52 is disposed facing the pump 41. The turbine blade 53 is provided in the turbine shell 52 between the turbine shell 52 and the pump 41. The control fins 54 are provided at the radial outer side of the turbine shell 52 with respect to a rotational axis X of the turbine shell 52. The control fins 54 control flow of a working fluid toward the rotational axis X side of the turbine shell 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
