Provided in the present invention are a catalyst for an oxygen reduction reaction, wherein an alloy of Pt, Pd, or Ir is carried on a carbon supporter functionalized by poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM), and a manufacturing method thereof. The catalyst for an oxygen reduction reaction of the present invention has electronic ensemble effects by the PNIPAM-functionalized carbon supporter, thereby having excellent durability and activities of the oxygen reduction reaction in comparison with the existing carbon-carried catalyst.
