The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of skewered semi-dried squid. The skewered semi-dried squid manufactured according to the present invention has excellent mouthfeel in comparison with general raw squid. In the case of roasting or frying the same in oil, the manufacturing method reduces the shrinkage, and maintains the unique shape of the squid. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: washing squid; manufacturing the semi-dried squid; skewering the semi-dried squid; packaging the skewered semi-dried squid; freezing the packaged semi-dried squid; detecting a metal component; secondarily packaging the same; and storing and distributing the same. |
