a chassis with a center shaft and a solar collection device; a barrel shaped turbine, mounted on the chassis center shaft, the turbine having at least three blades,
wherein the turbine is configured to be rotatable and connected to an electric generator configured to generate power, wherein the electric generator and the solar collection devices are connected to a home circuit,wherein the chassis also includes a kinetic energy harvesting device.
