PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to change a channel used for a first terminal device 111A's communication from a first channel 101 to a second channel 102, when a load on the first channel 101 is heavy.SOLUTION: A terminal side relay device 300 acquires a load value indicating the magnitude of a load applied to a first channel 101. A communication control device 200 compares the load value with a load threshold to determine whether or not the load applied to the first channel 101 is heavy. When it is determined that the load applied to the first channel 101 is heavy, the terminal side relay device 300 and a partner side relay device 400 perform channel change processing. The channel change processing is processing of changing a channel used for communication by a first terminal device 111A, a terminal device 111 identified by a target terminal identifier, from the first channel 101 to a second channel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
