PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid need for mixing an acryl amide polymer and a culture soil substrate before inoculation operation in a farm, achieve labor saving and further reduce variation of mixture due to the farm.SOLUTION: The solidification culture soil for machinery transplant is manufactured by mixing an acryl amide polymer and a humic volcanic ash before manufacturing the culture soil. The acryl amide polymer exemplifies an aspect with molecular weight of less than 5000000. Percentage content of the acrylamide polymer in the cultural soil exemplifies an aspect with 0.5 to 1.5 wt.%.
