PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe sole structure and shoe, besides having a simple cushioning property, capable of promoting a wearer's smooth treading/stepping-out operation by causing the wearer in walking or running to smoothly shift the body weight in a stable manner.SOLUTION: The shoe sole structure includes: an inner sole 4 as a laminate that is formed by superposing a plurality of cloth bodies formed of thermoplastic-resin filaments and heating and compressing the cloth bodies; and a deformation allowable part 8 that is disposed at a lower side of a part of the inner sole corresponding to any of a heel 100, a thenar, and a hypothenar of the foot sole of the wearer, and allows deformation operation in which the inner sole is downward bent by a load applied in the grounding and elastically returned to the original state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
