PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply inspecting a specimen using a membrane assay method, capable of preventing occurrence of false positive and detecting a measuring object with high accuracy, and to provide a kit used in such a method.SOLUTION: A simple membrane assay method of a measuring object in a specimen sample uses an assay device including a membrane coupled with a capture reagent for capturing the measuring object. The method comprises the steps of: dropping the specimen sample on the membrane after filtering the specimen sample by using a filtration filter; and detecting existence of the measuring object in the specimen sample. An assay device comprises a simple membrane assay kit for inspecting existence of a measuring object in a specimen sample comprising: (1) a filtration filter; and (2) a membrane coupled with a capture substance for capturing the measuring object.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
