摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain artificial hair having both appearance and quality with feeling approximate to natural human hair and hardly curling even with the lapse of time. SOLUTION: This artificial hair is obtained by melting/mixing 30-40 wt.% of PBT resin with PET resin followed by adding an inorganic filler to the resultant product, forming polymer alloy.monofilament of PBT and PET at 50-90 denier through spinning and doing etching for matting using an appropriate alkaline aqueous solution.
