COMPLEX VACUUM COOKING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized complex vacuum cooking apparatus for domestic use which has functions of a vacuum packaging machine and functions of a heat cooking apparatus as well and can exhaust air from a vacuum storage container. SOLUTION: The complex vacuum cooking apparatus includes a pressure vessel 5 which has an openable chamber cover body on a lower chamber 4 and stores a packaging bag 3 in which articles to be packaged are stored, a vacuum pump 7 to reduce pressure in the vessel 5 through an exhaust port 8 provided therein, a sealing apparatus 9 disposed in the vessel 5 to seal an opening of the bag 3, and a heating means 14 disposed at the bottom surface of the chamber 4 to heat a vacuum packaged article.
