PURPOSE: A strip welding device is provided to carry out welding tasks rapidly depending on thickness and feeding velocity of strips and to enhance the productivity of a cold rolling line by allowing an input side clamping member to clamp multiple strips. CONSTITUTION: A strip welding device comprises welding wheels(30a,30b), a device main body(40) and input/output side clamping members(50,70). The welding wheels(30a,30b) weld leading and trailing strips(10,20). The device main body(40) has a knife installed to carry out shearing of the strips. The input/output side clamping members(50,70) are installed on both sides of the main body in order to clamp the strips during shearing and welding of the strips. The input side clamping members(50,70) has a center clamp(52). The center clamp(52) allows the leading and trailing strips(10,20) to be simultaneously clamped.
